The nursing department consists of 3 nurses. Each nurse has an assigned caseload where they provide individualized services to each participant. Each participant will receive an evaluation from their assigned nurse who will determine the needs for personal care and assistance in activities of daily living such as bathing. grooming, toileting and eating. They will provide a plan of care and supervise these needs. They also provide skilled nursing care and provide health education and counseling to the participants and their caregivers. The nurses work closely with the individuals primary physician to monitor and prescribe medications that are ordered by their physicians only.
